I thought I would take a pic or two of the flowers that have come up in my yard. It has been a lot of fun to watch them this year. Last year they were so new, most did not bloom. We watched some people spend a lot of money on the larger plants that were already bloomed. That to me is missing out on the fun part or watching them change and grow.

I also am having so much fun planting flowers this year! Our yard has been a work in progress for a couple years now....and I'm with you...I'm watching my neighbors plant huge mature plants and I think "what's the fun in that?"
