An absolutley NO FUN post!!
So, Here is to a post with "NO FUN" involved. Last Friday I got home from work, cleaned up the kitchen counter from the kids after school feasting, and went outside to get my paperwork from my car. When I opened up the garage door... there was Brent pulling in backwards to up to the garage? Why backwards you ask? Because, he had to unload his work tool box. Yep, they had a lay off at work and now we have joined the many, many who are out there without a job. We have said for the last eight months as we have heard about others who have been laid off and not been able to find work, how thankful we were we had stable jobs. We were not expecting this at all. There was not talk or warning, just an "I'm sorry". They did say that they were hoping that it would be a temporary lay off, and he could return to work in a few months. I guess that is better than.... "Good luck!" There are no jobs to even apply for, so good luck does not go very far. Anyway, I have been trying to figure out how we can budget down, how I can work more, and what we want to and do not want to give up.

Your right, That is no fun at all......we pray everyday that Zeb still has a job(they have laid off everybody but about 4 people).....anyways, I will add you to my prayers ;)....Hope all will work out for you...

Oh my gosh! I'm soooo sorry! It seems like every single day I hear about someone else getting laid off! It just makes me sick and worried! Cody is also out of work and has been hunting for a couple months now for something! So, believe me when I say "Good Luck!". I just keep knocking on wood when I say that I feel pretty secure in my job....but it seems like everyone getting laid off lately has been saying the same thing! Well, good luck and if you need anything please let me know! :)

Dude! I am SOOO sorry!!! We definitely know how crappy the job market is right now. I guess you can be grateful that at least YOU still have a good job. I sure wish you guys the best. Although I don't live close anymore, please let me know if there's any way I can help.
