Buyer must like to do laundry! Lots of it! And cannot count on kids to help put it away. They tend to just put it in the closet or under the bed.
Buyer must also enjoy sweeping! Just look at the pile these three darling people can make in just one day!
It is also helpful if you enjoy sand. No not the beach! You know. Park sand. In shoes, in laundry, in your bed. Everywhere. You will see lots and lots of sand.

Ahhh the joys of parenthood! Don't you just love park sand! Sometimes I wonder if my couch will every be the same after an afternoon at the park!
