So, Back to August, 22!
We went to the Bear Lake cabin with the Bishops! Jodie and I have really become very good friends. We loved spending the weekend with her family. We were hoping for some warm sunny weather and some jet skiing... but, we did not get it. We got a little rain, some clouds and a somewhat sunny day. We still had a ton of fun. We cooked marshmallows over the fire, the boys hunted rabbits, Jodie and I relaxed and talked, they rode the four wheelers, and we made home made shakes with their really old, really cool shake maker. It was one her grandparents had when they owned a drive in, in Logan. We really had a great time! Thanks Jodie and family! Can't wait to do it again!!!

So, Why no pictures of me? Well, first I was taking the pictures, and second...
Well, I didn't roast a marshmallow. For those of you who don't know I have been trying to loose weight over the last several months. I have been doing the HCG diet. I was in the middle of my first round when we went to the cabin with them. I did make it through the mashmallow roasting and the meals, but I did cheat a little with a small amount of the fresh yummy homemade shakes.
I complete one round of the HCG and lost 22 pounds! I have decreased my pant size by two!! This diet has been really hard.. but rewarding. I have never done a diet that I have seen results almost every day. It is what kept me going. I have kept that weight off and I am currently working on loosing some more. I am struggling a little more this time. I am not as determined... but I am not willing to give up! So, I will continue to do my best and take whatever loss I can!!!
To those of you who don't know. Brent got a job! I can't believe I did not post about that!!! It was exciting news...
Anyway, He is working at West Liberty Foods in Tremonton. He is working on the maintainence crew. He works 12 hours shift at night, and they rotate on what night he works every other week. So, It has been a big adjustment for all of us! I don't think that Brent really minds the work, He says it is boring. But I know that he doesn't like the night shift... Who does, right! But we are grateful he has a a job after being unemployeed for over seven months!
The kids are as busy as ever. Megan has started dance! Of course she loves it! She is such a girl. She has been dancing around our house since she could walk. I have to admit, I love getting her all dressed up in a cute tutu and watching her!
Tanner has just finished up another very long season of soccer. He is still playing for Thunderfoot. They played state wide again. It seemed like we traveled more and further away this season than any prior to this. We had games almost two hours away. But, He loves it and he is very good!
Landon has been swimming on the Gators and has progressed a lot. He is almost ready to move up a group and start competing in meets. Great job buddy!
Tanner has just stareted swimming again also now that soccer has slowed down for a minute! The other day Landon was showing off his six pack!! He is almost got a better six pack than Tanner at the moment. T- you better get back to swimming fast so you can catch up! JK
I am still working full time for Alpine and one day a week in addition at the Cache Valley wound clinic. I also have recently really stepped it up with my Photography. I bought a pro camera finally and I am loving it!! It has been the step up in quality I have wanted for several years! I have done three families and a wedding since I bought it a little over a week ago! I have been so busy doing that.... hence the blog was left for last!! I really enjoy the pictures that I have been able to create! I love more than anything giving a mother, or family a picture they love and can keep for ever! I am addicted!
So, That is a little catch up on us! I will try to blog some of the other events of our lives over the last couple months soon! Also, I am working on a new website for my photography! I'll keep you posted for those who like to look!!!

Hey there stranger! I totally miss you & all of my Alpine buddies:( That is so great that you've lost so much weight, way to go! I had no idea that your hubby has been unemployed for over 7 months. My hubby just got laid off a little over a week ago, it's tough, but I'm glad you've still been able to do Alpine. Congrats on the new job, and I hope you are doing well:)
Geez....sounds like you have been busy! What a fun weekend with the Bishops! We love having them for neighbors! And I love your photo blog!!!
You guys seem to always stay busy. Kaitlyn and Naomi love to dress up in leotards and tutus and dance around the house...I will have to tell them Meg does too, they will love to hear that. Take care, and don't stay too busy :) Come up and take a family pic for us, maybe if you do it Kent won't be as grumpy about it!
